Combined with the physical activity a person gets from playing rugby, the sport has great potential to help children and young adults stay fit and mentally healthy! Due to the grassroot nature of rugby in the United States, there is a lack of administrative infrastructure, equipment, and trained officials to facilitate the sport for those who wish partake in regulated competition.
