About the Club

Razorback Rugby Since 1971

The Men's Rugby Club is the oldest club sport at the University of Arkansas, dating back to 1971. The club gives athletes the opportunity to compete in DI-AA collegiate rugby.

The Razorbacks compete in the Heart of America conference under the College Rugby Association of America, alongside programs including Oklahoma State, Kansas, Kansas State, Missouri, Iowa, Iowa State, Nebraska, and Minnesota.

Tradition and pride are central to the club. Players are expected to represent themselves as student-athletes while contributing to a fun, safe, and competitive team environment.

Beyond practices and matches, the club builds relationships through social, philanthropic, and fundraising activities throughout Northwest Arkansas. Team leadership follows a simple standard: leave the club better than you found it.
