Welcome to the Arkansas Rugby Foundation (ARF)! The ARF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The purpose of the ARF is to promote, teach, and enable the sport of rugby, at the youth and adult level. We will accomplish this through efforts supporting diversity and inclusion, community well-being, personal and organizational development, and promoting hospitality in the State of Arkansas.
